This way of working and creating has become deeply personal to me over the years. Through my relationship with mama cacao, ritual, and cyclical living, I began to realise that the moments that nourish my work the most are often the ones that look the least “productive” from the outside. Sitting in devotion. Slowing down. Listening. Returning to myself before returning to my work.
What started as a personal practice slowly became the foundation of how I move through business and creativity altogether. Not from pressure or constant output, but from connection. From creating in a way that honours my body, my emotions, my seasons, and the deeper purpose behind my work.
Again and again, women reflect back to me how grounded and devoted this way of living feels. And for a long time, I thought this connection to ourselves was natural. Until I realised how many of us have learned to flow from urgency instead of presence.
This mentorship space exists as a gentle return to another way. One where you do not have to abandon yourself to build meaningful work. A space to be supported, witnessed, guided, and reminded that your sensitivity, your rituals, your cyclical nature, and your devotion are not separate from your business, but they are part of its medicine.
