As part of my cacao training, I was invited into a cacao dieta. Sitting with her every morning. Returning to the same space, again and again. I already had a relationship with cacao before that, but this deepened it so much more, and uncovered a deep devotion, a softness in how I met my time. A kind of excitement to simply sit and be there. That feeling stayed.
It became my favourite part of the day, and has become a space I return to when things feel unclear or disconnected. And also the place where my work truly begins. Not on my laptop, but there, with myself in presence.
People often reflect my consistency back to me how devoted I am to my rituals and my body's well-being. And for a long time, I thought that was natural for everyone. Until I realised how many of us have lost that kind of connection with ourselves. This is why this space exists. Since then, I have not only carried this practice into my own life, but have also held this container for other women. Witnessing the shifts, the softness, and the reconnection that happens when we create space to listen has only deepened my belief in this work. Not to add more pressure, but to return to what changes everything, and allowing us to be women – cyclical, devotional, creative.
