I believe our most aligned ideas, decisions and creations don't come from pushing harder or thinking more. They meet us when we are rooted enough to hear them, rooted in the earth, and into our bodies. This free ceremony is an invitation to experience that: my work, my process, and the philosophy at the heart of everything I offer. But most of all, it's an invitation to experience yourself from a more grounded, spacious and trusting place.

Come as you are. No preparation necessary. I do invite you, though, to think of a beautiful nature spot you'd feel called to take this online gathering to, if your internet allows. I'll be tuning in from outdoors myself, to honour that ancient relationship with the earth. And trust me, the best ideas and insights come from doing just that!
