world begins within us
In our bodies, in the unseen, in the internal stirrings of something that wants to move through us, from womb to world. In the medicine we carry, the art we make, the work we feel called to share.
And tending to this medicine asks us to tend to the woman carrying it too. To our bodies and their changing seasons. To our inner wells of waters. To the parts of us that need activation, and the parts that need stillness. To the soil we grow from, the earth that holds us, and the rhythms that have always been moving through and around us.
Many of us have learned to create within man-made systems that ask us to override these rhythms, and to keep producing, keep showing up, keep growing, regardless of what is happening within us or around us. This is where we reclaim the way of the woman.

A way of weaving the lives and businesses we have today with the ancient remembering of how to live in relationship with the natural world. Of bringing ritual, cyclical wisdom, gathering and tending back into the way we create. Finding ways to move through the modern world without abandoning our sensitive nature.
This space is an invitation to mother our medicine.
It's an invitation to tend to what is growing through us, while tending to the woman we are becoming along the way. A rhythm to surrender to. A structure that can hold us without taming us. A space spacious enough for the unknown, the unfolding, the resting and the evolving.
Our work is not separate from our lives, our bodies or the earth. And that what we bring into the world is worthy of being held with care.
Just like childbirth, we were never meant to do and hold it alone. It lives within our bones to give and be of service, but also to receive.

our first gathering

At the turning of the solstice, I want to open the doors to Mothering the Medicine, our little village of women tending to the medicine they are bringing into the world. The solstice is a turning point in the great cycle of the earth, inviting us to honour what is ending, make space for what is beginning, and find our place within the rhythms that hold us.
We’ll be also welcoming the energy of the full moon in cancer, whose themes of mothering, home, belonging, and emotional nourishment feel so deeply woven into the heart of this space. A reminder that as we tend to the medicine we bring into the world, we, too, need somewhere to be held.
I’ll be holding this opening circle from the lands of Guatemala under the mayan day sign in 8 AJ – which deepens the importance of family, whether blood-line or chosen. It's all written in the stars ◡̈

I want to create a space outside of social media where we can gather regularly and watch in awe as connections across continents form and flourish. I want to make space for more offline bliss, less consumption and more creation from the void. Branding as a sacred act, creativity in ritual.
